Gantry connects straight to the printer
The app connects to devices on your LAN, and you do not need a cloud for everyday monitoring. Bambu printers are found through SSDP and a subnet scan, and for Tailscale you add your own range.
The system protects access codes
Codes are kept in the macOS Keychain, Windows DPAPI or Linux Secret Service. For TLS connections, the printer’s certificate is pinned after the first trusted connection.
The code is open
You can read, build and extend the code under the MIT licence. Update packages are verified with a code signature on macOS and a SHA-256 checksum on Windows.
Gantry Cloud is optional
When you turn it on, data is encrypted on your devices and the server stores only ciphertext.
Frequently asked questions
