Enable Additional top panel / below the notch in Settings → Windows and strip. This switch is independent: Show edge strip continues to control the side strip. Both surfaces can be enabled together.
Hover below the notch to reveal a short row of up to five name and progress tiles. Click a tile for that printer’s details; click again to return to tiles. Arrows beside the page number select the next printers. Click the name in the detail section to open the full printer window.
The inactive panel paints nothing. On Mac a transparent activation area follows the notch, with no added bar, outline or shadow. Displays without a notch use a trigger at the center of the top edge. The panel follows the selected display and dock scale.
The optional camera runs only for the selected printer while its details are open. Changing pages, deselecting or closing the panel releases the preview. Disconnected printers are gray and stale progress, jobs and temperatures are not presented as current.
The remaining time includes the estimated finish clock, for example 1h 23m · 15:40, using the device’s local time. The clock stays stable across telemetry redraws. It is hidden while paused or when no valid remaining time is available.
